The World Championship Fly Casting Event 2012 will be held in Fagernes, Norway on the 23rd to 26th of August.

The 15' class is good but dear god the 18' class should contact NASA! That is a seriously long way!
50m isn't far from what some folk do on Scottish river just to catch fish but 66.5m is sniper territory. Can't wait for the finals.

Anyone know where you can find what equipment was used? ie..says Sea Trout Distance..is that a single handed #7?

I really fancy a shot at the accuracy casting. I bet that is a lot harder than it looks!
How many points do you get deducted for hitting the guys in the pontoons??
