just sharing some incredible customer service; ordered some new wading boots, arrived today, way too tight, even following the guidance on the product web page. Ho hum.
Emailed the company this evening to arrange swap, response almost immediate, they explained Easy Exchange options, I gave them a quick call, and a replacement pair are now on order, free postage, and i'll get refunded for the unwanted pair when i get round to posting them back. Just quick, easy, painless. brilliant.
