hi all
been fishing ponds for a while and looking to fish the don again :mad. Am on holiday for 2 weeks and any advice on flies or council streaches of water that are fishing well would be helpfull.

Hi Brucie and welcome to the forum. Have a look at the river Don thread, plenty advise on there. I would suggest this time of year Dawn and dusk are your best bet. It's still possible catch plenty during the day but they will be small. Well the ones I catch are anyway! :z18

Hi brucie
welcome to the forum, I'd go with noels advice :z16
this time of year , you want the start or end of the day
any of the beats will be good, but you will have to use your eyes for the
best fish. :z16

Hi Simon
wow that was a long time ago. :shock
it would be great to catch up, but I'm in Brunei
am home in a week and a half for a month.
If you are still here, come along to the forum day at haddo,
it should be a cracking get together :z16
nice to see you are still fishing
great stuff
Sandy
ps have a look on the main website page for info on flies etc.
It's a good place to start, even if I do say so myself :z6
