Loch on left hand side of A96 at Colpy

Hi Guys anyone got any info about the loch on the left hand side of the A96 at Colpy Who owns it? and does it have fish in?

I should have added its between Colpy and the turn-off to Loch Insch

I know the one you mean it is the round man made loch almost opposite the entrance to Insch there's usually swans on it.

I have never seen evidence of fish (rises) it is quite over grown and weedy and it looks like it was a boating loch, a few years back a chap said they used to catch a few brownies. 

No idea who owns it

I heard it was Brownies and belonged to the estate. I have seen a boat on it with 2 chaps fishing..but a long time ago. I believe the river floods into it occassionally.
