Is it just my home and works computers or is anyone else having an issue connecting to Mikes site? I have to continually refresh, return then try again to bring up the homepage, bring up the forum & log in.

I'm finding everything is ok from home and from the hut on the mobile system ...... Is anybody else experiencing any problems?

I am also having problems. When I hit the link I get a blank screen and have to refresh.

Yes I have the same problem as Jim when I first try to open the forum page. After I have refreshed everything else works OK.

I'm having the same problem. It's taking me 2 or 3 attempts to login.

Same problem here, have to hit refresh and then its fine.
Just tried several times there and it was fine. Did happen earlier today and a few times over the last few days.

I've just checked the system files and checked the database etc ....... all appears to be fine.
Since this also happened to the home page on the main site I suspect my web host is doing some work on their servers, so I'll speak to them about it this evening :wink

yep im the same.this is the first time i have been able to get on in the last few days

From Home, work or Ipod , when i link in (direct to forum home page) i get a blank screen, refresh and all is good and i'm on auto login and it still works fine.
just a minor annoyance, lord knows why, although i was concerned i could be hitting a ghost page that might be looking for something, but it remains blank if you leave it.

I have updated some files which will hopefully resolve the blank screen issue being experienced by a number of forum members. This will probably mean that you will have to login and type your password again, but please let me know if I have resolved the issue :roll

even had to refresh after i logged in, maybe a clue there?
could be to do with the login? although my intial attempt also had to be refreshed and i was logged off :z6

When I connected as a Guest I had no problems, but!!!
When I go to Login I get a blank screen that needs to
be refreshed twice before I get connected, :mad then after
that I have no more problems. ???

Have you tried logging out then closing the page then tried logging in again,
that is where i am getting the problem, if I am already logged in I don't
have a problem re-opening the page as long as my login is still active.

problems logging in down this end of the country as well,it seems to work if you refresh the page :z16

The home page is still going blank for me after login and had to be refreshed twice for me to get to the forum.

I've spent a couple of hours on it so far, there's just not enough hours in the day at this time of year :z6

I'm still having the same problems today. It's taking 2 or 3 attempts to get in to any page now.

Had the problem over the weekend and then it appeared to be fine until this morning. Having said that, however, one click on the refresh button and I was able to bring up the home page so no big deal.

Any improvement ...... or are we still having to refresh certain pages?
Which pages? Just the 'Forum Home Page', or what other pages sometimes need refreshing too please :z3

Only ever had a problem with the Home page - refreshed once, and the rest of the pages load first time. Rather strange!
