Title: Silver Invicta - Partridge Hackle
Post by: Steven Kidd on 18/04/2021 at 20:27
I have a visit to The Loch planned next week and just read a great article in Trout and Salmon on the history of the Invicta and the many variants.

Interesting to read that Stan Headley had success last year with a Silver Invicta with the traditional wing replaced with a brown partridge hackle.......I had all the bits so made my interpretation.

Will give this a go on a sinking line next week, :-)

That’s the style of fly I like.

That will do it Steven.
