For sale - Orvis Shooting Star 14ft #9wt.
This is a really lovely rod which is only going to make room for some new toys in my armoury as I'm having a change in my salmon outfits to reflect the waters I'm fishing.
The Shooting Star 14ft retails at £349 and is a really nice well balanced rod which is very easy to use with spey lines and (my personal favourite) shooting heads. An ideal first salmon rod (in my opinion) it comes with a bag and in an Orvis rod tube.
The rod is in excellent used condition.
As it is, on its own, I'm looking for £160 for it which I think is fair.
However, once I've had a check through boxes I may be able to offer a Snowbee 2D 9/10 Spey line to go with it.
May also have an Orvis Mach VI large arbour reel too, but it and the line would be extra.
