Not a good day at all ...
Strange, but I have noticed that I have subconsciously started wearing my life jacket every time I go afloat these days, something that I would only ever have done in a float tube previously. I even overhauled my lifejacket recently (3 years overdue :shock) and checked all the stitching and the way it was repacked. Those of you who are non-wearers or are too cool to use one, please re-think.
Mine got in the way of my chest pack so I ditched the chest pack and not the lifejacket. I am even half thinking about getting an automatic one.
