I've a flybox full of nymphs and a few dries for you Liam, had it ready since the Don match last August.  It's to replace something I lost earlier last season  :wink

There's no hurry for them. I'm sure I'll bump into you at some point next season.

Ok here's a deal, give Iain a call and see when he's free for a Deveron cast in March and i'll sort out a favourable bit of water (weather permitting of course).  That way I can hand over the flees and watch you use 'em.  I'll no need them cause it should be DHE time  :wink :z4

Here's a fly shown to me by Scottish River Champion Simon Cocker. I watched him use it to great effect on the Don.

Cheers Liam,

they will get a swim tomorrow. Your nymphs are looking good and I will copy these before I come back to have a go at some proper Scottish fish next time I come home.

All the best with your search for a monster Don brownie.

Eddie. :z18

You obviously come from the same fly tying school as my son Steven who you met recently, and you are both far from right. However if you catch a bunch of fish then I stand corrected but I still wont be able to do it, it  is just wrong on all sorts of levels to us auld mannies.
