Anyone recommend a good one, Hot/Cold smoker prefered! Don't want to spend 824028432 quid on one, hundred or so will do!

my mate simply uses his existing, round BBQ (weber style). so, if you have one, you could save a few quid -- he chucks a handful of soaked woodchips on the cooling coals, puts on the lid, and it does a decent job. trick is to salt the fillets and extract the moisture for a day or so before smoking
