Problem With My Casting

This has never happened before but when i go to backcast my fly and line sometimes hit my rob.  Wich ends up in a pile of knots so what im a doin wrong

I take it you mean the line hits your rod? Can you get a short video clip of you casting, post it on Youtube or somewhere and link to here?

It could be a couple of things but really they really depend on how you are casting. Usually it means you are not getting the line moving fast enough - that can be down to how you move the rod, having slack line in there as you try to make the cast or starting the cast before the line is straight enough.
