Lovely conditions for trout fishing today, the fish have been rising all day at Haddo :cool:
I bet there has been a decent amount of activity on the river too ...... was anybody on the Don today, what was it like?

Was out last night on The Don Mike and it was tough. Loads of fly life and the fish were very selective. Touched two decent fish and that was about it. I'm finding it hard this year. All good fun though, it's great having rising fish to target again!

was on the don yesterday and today ,totally lifeless . not a fish to be seen rising atall , despite the water and air temparture rising ,but still great to be on the water
