Lovely 2 piece dark olive green Batson Rainshadow 9ft #3wt rod built up for me by our very own spiderman :wink: Cracking river and 'tube rod, possibly more of a #4 wt than a #3 (typical yank blank) but behaves well with either although if using a #3 line make it a DT :wink: :z16
Built to 'no expense spared' specification (probably cost more than 'she who must be obeyed' ever need know about :shock: ) which includes cigar type flor cork handle, nickel silver reel seat, cocobolo wood insert and hi-spec single leg rings etc etc. Comes with a cloth bag. Honest - it's gorgeous :cool:

It's a balanced outfit - comes with a very lightly used Daiwa Lochmor reel (bought it last year & comes with a reel bag) which is loaded with quality backing and a new (just fitted) Orvis Wonderline WF#4 and I'll also chuck in a Rio Windcutter #3 which also does the business and is as new having only been used twice.
All costs included the outfit owes me around the £250 but I'm open to serious offers around £130 - testing is possible at Haddo (or anywhere else local-ish to me) given notice.
