Managed to get passed the start of the marrat without filling my wellies with water. Fine once you get on to the main path no trees down.

The bank growth is so dead and flattened I carried on up to the chapel pool at Manar.

I can’t remember much about the chapel pool before the big flood a few years ago but once you get down below the neck it seems to very much favour the Kemnay side.
