( HOW TO GET THERE )

Mossat Trout Fishery lies about one mile from the villages of Lumsden and Kildrummy, five miles from Rhynie, seven miles from Alford, fourteen miles from Huntly and thirty-four miles from Aberdeen.

Travel west from Aberdeen on the A944 through Alford and then turn right following signs for Huntly. After crossing the River Don at the Bridge of Alford the road follows the river upstream and just after passing the junction with the A97 at Mossat, the entrance drive to the fishery is located about 300 yards on the left hand side.
