Close season Dreaming Comp.

I've been going through some of my pictures over the last few days and i have found half a dozen nice shots of the Don for us to day dream about during the long winter :z6

I've spoken to Mr B and he's happy for me to offer a section of useful hooks (a couple of hundred) for anyone /first person to PM me with the correct names of the 9 named beats shown in the photo's (some are double bank, some are not)

Some of them are quite easy, but some are not, unless you get out and fish a variety of spots.

Lets say the 1st of January 2017 as closing date for guesses, that way you get a few weeks for using the hooks. I'll put the names up after then as well :z18

good luck and have fun daydreaming, i know i will  :z16

If it gets too hard, i'll maybe add which ones are double bank and which ones are two beats at a later date.

Cheers

Sandy

No point in my entering the competition, but I'll be dreaming about the Don having seen those pictures. Simply beautiful with some wonderfully fishy looking water.

Nobody had a punt at this yet :z8

I know its tough, but give it a go, i've bags of hooks here i want to go somewhere :z16

As a hint,

Photo 1 is one beat
Photo 2 is technically 2 beats, but one overall beat name will do.
Photo 3 is one beat
Photo 4 is 2 beats
Photo 5 is 2 beats (same permit)
Photo 6 is 2 beats

5 of them are ADAA beats  :wink

even Google  didn't give me many clues, I think a vague familiarity of the river may have helped  :X2 easgach 1

took me a while, but I've got number 1; I was mentally confusing two parts of that stretch, but clear now. Haven't wet a line there in forever

I wouldn't enter but reckon I could/might get 3 right - but I don't know the ADAA waters particularly well/at all.
A tough thing unless you're a real Don aficionado :!
