Came across a dealer on Ebay selling new Orvis kit, including the Recon, at discount prices, from Nairn.

Its all new, with warranty cards and he says if something is not listed, ask and he will get in.

"Comes with a blank warranty card we are a fully authorized dealer and we can supply the details for your warranty "

I can't think of any tackle shops in Nairn so I presume mail order?

Just curious as to the Orvis logic?

I'm not sure of all the history but there are one or two outlets that aren't mainstream or shop based - the one in Nairn seems to be one of those.
However, I expect you'll do better at your local Orvis shop than you will elsewhere

Have you seen who works there now? lol.

I was more curious to see if it was stuff coming in from the US or it it really was possible it was fully UK warranted.
