Someone told me it was May. They lied. It's too damn cold, too bloody windy and too feckin wet to be anything other than April.
In other words, they lied  :mad

I'm going back to hibernate  :z7

Dropped our new van off at Rood Signs in Inverurie this morning and while I was waiting for my lift back to Dyce both testicles froze solid and clanged when I walked.
I would love some of this global warming the scaremongers keep banging on about. It won't be long until we hear (and this has been used before) "it is cold because the planet is getting warmer".  :mad

Oh and BBC Springwatch starts next week. LOL, Springwatch gets later and later and they were the ones that said spring was getting earlier and earlier.  :z4 :z4 :z4 :z4 :z4 :z4 :z4

I recall fishing Assynt in June a few years back and freezing at the harbour in Lochinver but it was nothing like this. FFS, my car had ice on the boot lid yesterday.  :mad

Must take my thermals this weekend and pray the silver tourists play ball.

It was 3 degrees when I got back to the car last night, around 9.30pm.

Frozen solid yet again!!!

Spring fishing has been a dismal failure for me this year, not up to these cold days now, :z8 easgach 1
