Naughty Knot

Having been well impressed with the new addition to the knot armoury.........the 'one' knot? or the 'Davy' Knot. Very easy to tie and appears to have a very high knot strength, it also hasn't let me down of fish to 3lb ('bows that is, unfortunately a single granny c/w honolulu tuck could hold the fish that I've had from the river).

One drawback - removing tippet knot from the eye with snips can be intricate during daylight unless I get my glasses out and nigh on impossible in fading light.

Pity as it's a knot that I'd advocate especially for a newcomer.

The knot that I'm refering to is the DAVY knot, I'm informed that 'THE KNOT' has an extra tuck.
Will have to give that a try too.
