Hi Guys

My tip section on my orvis clearwater 9ft 5wt rod went pop on me today. ive never had a rod break on me before does any1 know how long it take to get a replacement section my mate thinks its round about 8 weeks  .

Mine did same a while back ,  Orvis are good, they are not interested in how it happened , but you have to send whole rod back and any bits . They took about 7 - 9 days it turn it round if I remember .

I think postage was about £20 both ways .

ok cool did you take it to a orvis dealer or did you just pack it up and post it urself? il have to ring then 2moro and get a repair number.
