I just want to share a recent experience with Exclusive Reels.  I bought an Ari T´Hart Bighorn reel from Exclusive Reels and used it on a couple of trips.  Long story short, it was awesome but when playing a 21" (measured) landlocked salmon in Maine it developed a wobble.  Anyway, I contacted the company and they very quickly responded and dealt with it.  I sent it back and as they felt they couldn´t repair it they sent a replacement.

So, a BIG pat on the back to Thierry at Exclusive Reels for customer service!

Being a fan of Ari T Hart designed reels myself, it's a bit dangerous looking through the site
Fortunately for me they're out of my price range (my mens dangly bits would be cut off if she who must be obeyed caught me buying one..... ) but they're nice to look at
