Well, she did the openning day celebrations proud by landing a 4 pound fish, on the fly, infront of 50-60 spectators. Pretty impressive start to the season me thinks.

It was actually a kelt but most of the spectators were none the wiser.  First time the celebrity opening the river has actually caught anything so good for her.

Was a good morning and a number of fish caught despite a rising river in the morning.  Fiona did a great job, was superb to get a fish  :z4

I can get you one of those too..lol..made by a friend of ours, Wendy Goode based out in Monymusk.  She does both the hats and the featherd adornments. She will also make custom ones of both for you. If you go to Aboyne Games, The Lonach Games etc she has a stall there and my partner Cass helps her out.
