Hi,

As it happens I'm fishing Loch Watten on Saturday and Loch Toftingall on Sunday...........

Just go in and speak to Hugo Ross and he will advise where you should go, you really are amongst the best brown trout loch's in Scotland!

Report will follow next week.

Cheers,

Steven

Well back from hols not much fishing though  :cry

Didn't get any at Wick didn't even manages to get into Hugo's, Car broke down on day trip to Orkney, ended up getting it towed to Inverness for repair with RAC dropping off caravan at Lairg on the way, got a Micra to runaround in for 2 days got car back after a sensor was replaced in the exhaust system total cost £175 :!

Organized a boat and ghillie for a day on Loch Craggie got up on Monday morning and it was side ways rain so that put end to fishing trip.

Moved to Strathglass on the Tues chucked it down in afternoon had to go shopping on Wed still raining.
Sorted a boat for Thurs on Loch  Beanacharan but no ghillie so had about 6hours on my own not really knowing what i was doing drifting and bobing around, had a few pulls and lost 2 fish :!

All in all had a good holiday, got home 3pm on Sat and was out working till 1am Sun :! Its a hard life  :z16

Next time you find yourself in the Stathglass area give me a buzz (make that a PM) - I know it reasonably well and Beanacharan is an old haunt, I'll take you out for a day :wink
