Weather cloudy, sunny spells
Fish Caught 7 (in 2 hours  )
Missed 3
Fly hot head olive damsel on point, connemara black on middle and kate maclaren on top (fish on all three)

Fished Glen of Rothes on Tuesday
Weather sunny initially, until the heavens opened and it poured for the next hour
caught 6 on deer hair straggler, best around 3 pounds

Fished Artloch on Thursday
Weather exactly the same with rumblings of thunder in the distance
Caught 6 on CDC dries and lost several more

Two new fisheries to me and both enjoyable days despite the rain.
I don't know if the rain followed me or whether I followed the rain but at least there were comfortable huts in both venues.
