Linlithgow loch
« on: 03/04/2009 at 19:33 »

Got to be in Edinburgh in the next couple of weeks and will be staying in Linlithgow. Flat I'm using overlooks the loch.
Does anyone know anything about this place, can't find much info but know its supposed to be a decent fishery?. Also heard about a place called Bangour. I know this is a distance from most of you but any info is appreciated.

                               regards, derek  :z18

Hi,
Here is another current link and report.

    http://www.fafa-linlithgowloch.org.uk/

Fish an intermediate unless you see a pod of fish rising.  Black pennels etc. are good.

If it's cold and windy you will have to fish deep I,m afraid . Use something bright.

   Hope that helps .
