.... have T&S made a mistake in February's crossword puzzle ?

I've been sweating over 5 down for ages - I think I know the answer but only if T&S have missed out the second or third letter of the name I have in mind   .

It's driving me mental !!!!!!!!  Then again I suppose that's what crosswords are designed to do
