Hi Folks
The fishing has not been as easy as the weather perhaps suggested this week and anglers have had to work a bit harder for their fish. Damsels, Cats, Bloodworm, black Buzzers and Okey Dokeys were on the menu
Alex Burnett enjoyed a couple of good sessions over the week, tempting 12 fish up to 11 lb followed by 19 up to 7½ lb and Lloyd Rattray had 12 fish up to 8 lb. Most anglers averaged about half a dozen trout, Irvine Ross netting a nice one of approx 15 lb and Brian Liebenberg another at 12 lb. Rob Hodgins tried fly fishing for the first time and following a wee basic lesson in front of the hut, he took to the boats and caught two fish up to 2 lb 10 oz ..... Well done!
"Festivities"Haddo will be closed on December 24th - 25th - 26th .... and again on December 31st and January 1st
