Ben Dixon
Casting Tuition & Guiding

Ben Dixon is an AAPGAI, FFF & SGAIC qualified fly fishing instructor based at Kintore on the River Don. He is available to guide anglers of all levels on rivers & lochs throughout the North East of Scotland for Brown Trout, Sea Trout, Salmon, Rainbow Trout, & Pike.

Ben's passion is stalking large river brown trout and fishing for sea trout in both fresh & saltwater but he can guide anglers for most UK species on more or less any water and, can provide instruction and tuition on a wide range of methods.

In addition to guided fishing days, Ben can provide casting tuition on all techniques to anglers of all levels from basic overhead casts to advanced techniques such as singlehanded Spey casts, presentation casts and distance techniques.

Tuition normally takes place on a private stretch of the River Don near Kintore where individual anglers or groups of up to three anglers can be accommodated, tuition on your home water can also be arranged.
